A lot of useful info but have you got an idea how much this type of work costs? Which is the most value for money or would you say you need to take all of the aforementioned precautions to properly protect your basement?

Here in the UK a lot of the houses are over 100 years old, they’re designed to have damp basements which is a bit rubbish in todays modern world where we’re all trying toi get extra rooms out of our houses (London is running out of space :-)
